About the Position: This position is with the OAA, US Army Resources & Programs Agency, Human Resources Agency, Human Resources (Civilian), located in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Duties
Advise on a variety of civilian Human Resource (HR) program areas such as recruitment/ staffing and position management/classification.
Analyze significant HR management issues and problems and develop recommendations and alternative solutions.
Develop guidance, procedures and standards for new and/or changing program areas.
Requirements

- This position may require occasional temporary duty (TDY) travel

GS-13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Developing training and/or teaching Civilian HR-related materials to managers, administrative staff, or HR professionals; providing technical advice and oversight to organizations in the area of recruitment/ staffing; performing analysis on federal civilian hiring actions to develop processes or procedures; and evaluating hiring actions to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
