Duties

Supervise, coordinate and expedite the work of the staff Provide oversight of the Cadet Training Program Plan and execute the marketing and outreach programs

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Secret security clearance is required.
  • May be required to complete a one year Supervisory probationary period.
  • TDY travel is required 30% of the time.
  • May be required to complete a one year probationary period.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have one year experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1)Developing strategies to plan, coordinate and execute the organizations outreach, advertising and marketing programs; 2)plan, conduct studies and research to develop directives and standard operating procedures for training programs; create reports, monitor quotas and track status of training programs; 3)plans and schedules work of subordinates You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications and MediaManaging Human ResourcesTraining and Education Analysis Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
