About the Position: Serves as a Program Manager in the Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Career Field (CF) Army Civilian Career Management Activity (ACCMA). Responsible for managing the program integration actions for Talent Management programs for the Army civilian workforce. Provides expert advice on workforce, professional education, training and development to ensure a well-equipped and proficient workforce.

Duties

Analyze workforce trend data from sources and databases to project future workforce trends, conduct maturation studies and identify resource requirements. Collect and analyze datasets and information regarding workforce trend data. Develop and manage a training budget supporting closure of critical operational or training needs gaps. Identify training requirements to revise, publish and maintain training plans. Create Master Fellow Training Plans.

Requirements

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct workforce analysis & workforce planning to sufficiently develop and synchronize training management of civilian personnel; 2) implementing career management or human capital programs for the education and development of Civilian members; and 3) evaluating career management or human capital programs to make recommendations to programming, procedures and policy improvements to optimize career program management. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
