Duties

You will serve as the Workforce Management Specialist and staff advisor to the Garrison Chief of Human Capital (HCO) Office on matters relating to management of civilian human resources and workforce management and development. You will advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, and special programs and provide guidance on merit systems principles, prohibited personnel practices and the development and use of valid selection criteria. You will identify needs for and ensures initiation of special projects and studies, such as succession planning, workforce analysis and other planning initiatives. You will advise Garrison personnel on a variety of substantive procedural and policy matters pertaining to a broad range of human capital functions. You will plan, schedule, and when required facilitate approved training using a variety of resources.
