Duties

Assesses results and develops program strategies and implements initiatives to fulfill requirements. Analyzes, evaluates and develops comprehensive plans to support a recommended strategy or procedures to facilitate effectiveness and compliance of actions taken. Conducts systematic studies to determine immediate and long-range training, educational and other employee development needs. Provides information, metrics, analysis on a wide range of workforce functional areas. Plan, develop and provide timely and effective workforce management support to the garrison.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to perform up to 5% of temporary duty (TDY) travel.
