Duties
Assesses results and develops program strategies and implements initiatives to fulfill requirements.
Analyzes, evaluates and develops comprehensive plans to support a recommended strategy or procedures to facilitate effectiveness and compliance of actions taken.
Conducts systematic studies to determine immediate and long-range training, educational and other employee development needs.
Provides information, metrics, analysis on a wide range of workforce functional areas.
Plan, develop and provide timely and effective workforce management support to the garrison.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to perform up to 5% of temporary duty (TDY) travel.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized experience is defined as one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in Federal service or equivalent which duties includes providing regulatory and technical advisory services for civilian personnel policies, procedures and requirements; reviewing organizational workforce plans; and utilizing software programs to extract data from personnel management systems to generate reports.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
