You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply operations and logistics policy of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.

Duties

You will be responsible for assisting with total program oversight to include logistics, training, fielding, and installation of store value card system You will assist with the development of the logistics life cycle strategy to support store value card system You will have technical knowledge of store value card systems to provide direct support to ships You will prepare and present updates and recommendations to higher level management in regard to programs. You will access to ship schedule and onboard ships in support of installation, maintenance and technical refresh of the program.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work that displays an in-depth understanding of Program analyst principles and practices to assist with total program development, implementation, and management of innovative supply and solutions across various systems. I have an in-depth knowledge of stored value card system to provide direct support to ships. I have experience analyzing changes and developing strategies for improvement within the stored value card system. Examples of specialized experience includes the following:1) technical knowledge of the Stored Value Card system to provide direct support to ships; 2) experience maintaining of a complex systems to provide support and guidance to ships;3) analyzing changes and proposed changes to shipboard processes and industry trends to identify any impacts on programs and ;4) experience demonstrating effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
