You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALSYT of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will analyze administrative problems and recommend executable solutions to the Vice Commander.
You will develop and participate in special SES level projects such as developing policy and program alternatives, preparing command strategy materials, and executing initiatives to support command improvements.
You will oversee the administrative functions of the command.
You will provide direct coordination with corporate operations for emergency management functions including emergency muster plans, alternative worksite planning, and active shooter drills.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating mastery of management theory, principles, and techniques related to broad administrative functions to analyze and resolve problems and achieve command objectives. Specialized experience must include: 1) Analyzing and developing process improvement strategies to increase command efficiency and effectiveness; 2) Preparing high-level reports or correspondence using Microsoft Office products; 3) Leading administrative projects.
