You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst atCNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA.

Duties

You will serve as a subject matter expert for civilian payroll issues. You will ensure proper handling of Privacy Act Data within managed IT systems. You will serve as a technical authority for civilian and military personnel on travel policy and travel funding related issues. You will supervise a staff of Management and Program analysts that range in grade from GS-9 to GS-13. You will support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) by developing compliant policies and responding to Key Supporting Documentation (KSD) data calls.

  • This position requires occasional travel.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate I have at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service applying a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of organizational and management theories, principles and procedures in order to lead and/or supervise team members, provide subject matter expertise, provide policy guidance, and carry out functional oversight of Workforce Management (WFM) programs, systems, training, and compliance programs. Specialized experience must include performing the following: 1) Serves as a supervisor and Subject Matter Expert for the following WFM functional areas (Civilian Payroll, ERP User Management, ERP-Personnel Administration, WFM Process Owner/ERP Business Office operations, Defense Travel System, Government Travel Commercial Charge Card (GTCC), and the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC); 2) Provides Enterprise with policy guidance and Echelon III/IV oversight in all assigned functional areas as required in resolving issues, disseminating information, maintaining data integrity, and developing system enhancements related to WFM systems, training and compliance programs; and 3) Support Enterprise Internal Management Control Programs, Program Assessments, and all internal and external audit efforts.
