About the Position: Responsible for coordinating the implementation of Organic Industrial Base (OIB) business processes related to automated systems, ensuring critical actions are integrated and executed, and developing OIB evaluation tools such as automated reports and graphic displays.
Duties
Performs operational analyses of complex programs and major problems associated with automated Organic Industrial Base maintenance and manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Analyze complex business processes through the use of fact-finding, interviews and research, including consulting with system contractors and OIB site personnel at all levels.
Performs comprehensive evaluation and assessment of high-level logistics concepts, programs and directives pertaining to TACOM and Command-level missions and identifies required changes and modifications of functional business processes.
Develops and presents briefings to AMC, TACOM, ILSC executives, OIB site commanders and personnel and various levels of working groups.
Uses basic programming skills to automate regular and ad hoc reports.
Performs internal evaluations to determine the organization's level of compliance with agency directives and guidelines.
Researches and resolves complex ERP application and operational programs problems working with end users, command analysts and manufacturers/vendors, as required.

- This position has a Data Analytics requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for DA level two (2) certification within 24 months of being placed on the position.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
