This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army National Guard Readiness Center, G-3, RES INTG DIV, Resource EX BR, in Arlington, Virginia.

Duties

Perform oversight tasks for the overall division mission of fund execution and management. Plan, organize and direct in-depth analysis, formulation of policies, procedures and methodology for the execution and control of the operation programs. Work out unusual and complex problems in consultation with other federal agencies and professionals. Exercise supervisory responsibility for military, civilian, and contractor personnel in accordance with Chief of Staff guidance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes directing financial resources for operating and revolving fund programs; providing complex technical and administration services directly affecting financial management initiatives; exercising a full range of human capital management for military, civilian, and contracting staff; programming, planning, budgeting, and executing fiscal resources for multiple accounts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
