As a Service Integration Specialist within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at Glenn Research Center (GRC), you will be responsible for assessing Information Technology (IT) requirements for customers and will interpret those requirements to deliver services and capabilities to GRC mission and mission support customers. You will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists working collaboratively to integrate IT capabilities and provide solutions to complex scenarios.
Duties
Coordinate with GRC OCIO stakeholders and customers to ensure that the organization's IT-related needs are captured and implemented effectively, enhancing collaboration and increasing productivity.
Coordinate, elicit, and develop customer requirements for IT collaboration and hybrid conference rooms and event spaces. Determine technology and facilities most conducive to successful performance.
Perform technical oversight for the execution of IT requirements for conference rooms and collaboration rooms.
Provide subject-matter expertise and consultation for OCIO delivered services to the GRC community.
Develop and/or conduct training (including written documentation) to inform users on operational requirements of OCIO delivered services and capabilities.
Coordinate and integrate with existing OCIO enterprise, local service providers, and contractor teams to ensure technology and services are delivered successfully to customers while providing the appropriate level of capabilities.
Perform evaluations and troubleshooting of activities across the Center related to customer requirements for OCIO delivered services. Ensure solutions and preventative and corrective actions are provided and implemented.
Address incidents and problems in response to customer requirements or inquiries. Work with OCIO service providers and GRC facilities to implement workarounds, restore operations, analyze problems, develop recommendations, and implement changes.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
Working with customers throughout the IT lifecycle to elicit and develop requirements and solutions which ensure compliance and/or deliver services;
Collaborating cross-organizationally to establish and execute IT initiatives and projects that support organizational goals; and
Providing technical oversight for the execution of IT requirements, such as for collaboration products and services including hybrid meeting and event technologies.
AND
You MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
