As the Facilities, Test and Center Operations Directorate Information Technology and Operational Technology (IT/OT) Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining surveillance over the directorate's institutional and testing System IT/OT needs. You will lead a team of highly skilled IT/OT professionals who are responsible the IT/OT security for the Directorate.
Duties
Coordinate, monitor, and maintain the Directorate’s Institutional and Testing System Security Plans in accordance with the NIST Risk Management Framework and NASA’s Cybersecurity Policy, NPD 2810 and related Handbooks.
Provide guidance and oversight of medium- and long-term budget planning for directorate IT (Information Technology)/OT (Operational Technology) systems.
Determine and obtain Authorizing Official’s Designated Representative (AODR) concurrence on the overall directorate risk posture in conjunction with management and technical leads’ input.
Perform duties as the Information Systems Owner (ISO) for select directorate IT/OT systems. Ensure Plan of Action and Milestones (POA/M's) and Risk Based Decisions (RBDs) are actively managed in a timely manner to minimize system risk.
Promote common cybersecurity practices (where applicable) across Directorate IT/OT Systems.
Provide guidance on IT/OT systems’ infrastructure, operations, data systems, and security in preparing requirements for new or complex projects; advises management as appropriate.
Develop Directorate-specific policies for IT/OT designs, procurements, updates, validation, troubleshooting, sparing, and configuration management.
Keep abreast of current and future IT/OT agency policies and activities. Keep abreast of current and future IT/OT Cybersecurity threats/vulnerabilities, agency policies and activities.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level.
Preparing, categorizing, selecting, implementing, assessing, authorizing, and/or monitoring IT/OT security Plans according to NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Using functional application in designing, operating, utilizing and managing of complex, large-scale test or institutional IT/OT systems.
Maintaining IT/OT systems and performing verification, validation, operations, or usability of systems, including relevant interfaces, products and future enhancements.
AND
