You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS AFFAIRS of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will be responsible for planning, directing and integrating all aspects of facilities support with the University at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico.
You will Supervise and review work performed by various activities, providing guidance and direction to a staff of technical and administrative personnel of the organization.
You will be responsible for recommending to the Director, Facilities and Logistics, disciplinary actions, awards, training and promotions.
You will ensure equality in all phases of personnel management responsibilities including selection, promotion, training, details, awards and discipline of employees
You will be responsible for performing inspections to ensure the work accomplished satisfactorily, reported and any unforeseen issues are managed accordingly.
You will be responsible for efficiently supporting maintenance requirements for all MCU buildings on the main campus and providing support to the National Museum of the Marine Corps as required.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supervising and performing facilities management to ensure that facilities and grounds are operated, maintained, and cleaned in a manner that provides the most suitable, productive, and safe environment for normal operations in conformance with established criteria.
