Duties
You will advise on all matters pertaining to physical plant maintenance and operations including repairprogramming planning, support to construction, alterations and improvement.
You will provide facilities condition assessment, condition assessment, energy management, and facilities maintenance and repair service contracts and grounds management
You will oversees the provision of sustainment, restoration and modernixation (SRM) and base
operations support (BOS) services.
You will oversee the provision of morale and recreation services indluding the dining facility, fitness center, barber shop, exchange outlet and Business Opportunities for the Blind convenience store.
You will serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for multiple service contracts.
You will be responsible for the development, justification, and management of the facility's short and long-range budget.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
- Failure to obtain or retain this level of security clearance and access will be grounds for for reassignment, demotion, or removal from the Federal Service.
- Incumbent may be required to attend manufacturer-specific training and/or attend industry trade shows located within the Continental United States (CONUS). Official travel is infrequent and not routine consideration of this position.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- Prior to appointment, the incumbent shall consent to and be subject to a Counterintelligence Scope (CI) polygraph examination
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience creating and administering plans, estimates, schedules, and overseeing all-encompassing work activities associated with the sovereign spaces within the organization.
Experience reviewing and discussing facility related issues.
