You will serve as a Production Support Specialist (Components) in the Centralized Coordination Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will analyze alterations to work packages to ensure they are planned, scheduled, integrated, or accomplished by the alteration team.
You will conduct business analysis, studies, or surveys using standard business information systems applications (e.g., database management tools, spread sheets, word processing applications, graphics, and statistics databases).
You will Analyze internal or external financial management reporting for a division.
You will identify actual or potential problems area and initiate or direct corrective action to ensure the application of sound management practices and procedures.
You will conduct in-process job status checks to identify production problems that occur during work stoppages.
You will monitor business performance metrics and strategic plans to accomplish command's mission.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1)Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and exceptional skills in planning, organizing, scheduling and problem definition and the ability to make decisions; 2) Apply knowledge and skills to analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations. 3) Develop solutions for unconventional problems for which a solution is not covered by instructions/directions or policies; 3) Utilize different computer applications and data base programs, including MS Word and Microsoft Excel; 4) Coordinate the work of others and integrate several functions into an effective program; 5) Resolve individual or group concerns relative to execution of the Master Production Schedule; 6) Receive demand information (forecasts, orders, customer schedules, etc.) and translate it into schedules to meet the customer needs; 7) Generate and maintain effective daily and weekly schedules.
