You will serve as a in the SUPERVISORY GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIST of the FRC EAST MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will effectively manage complex production operations.
You will exercise broad managerial and administrative control over all elements of the Division and is responsible for assuring FRC East customer requirements are satisfied.
You will operates within budget, material and manpower allocations and works with the MRO Production Department Director to establish workload schedules.
You will work closely with Production Department Director, Centralized Coordination, MRO Logistics, and the Master Scheduler to ensure processes are in place for proper workload prioritization
You will verify scheduling and workload is planned and produced as required in support of fleet requirements.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing direction to all Production Division members and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product line; 2) Planning work, setting and adjusting priorities and overseeing development of schedules for completion of work; 3) Assigning work based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignments and the capabilities of employees; 4) Ensuring that decision making within the team does not sub-optimize overall FRC East operations; 5) Exercising broad managerial and administrative control over all elements of the Division and responsible for assuring FRC East customer requirements are satisfied; 6) Operating within budget, material and manpower allocations and works with the MRO Production Department Director to establish workload schedules.
