The Communications Technology Laboratory is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage budgets, finances, HR, and administrative tasks, while advising management and handling acquisition actions, assistance awards, bankcard activities, and travel management.

Duties
In this position, you will serve as the Administrative Officer for the Wireless Networks Division.
You will manage the budget, financials, human resources, and other administrative tasks while advising management on resolving administrative issues.
Additionally, you will handle acquisition actions, assistance awards, bankcard activities, and travel management, working independently with minimal guidance.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level (ZA-II at NIST).
Specialized experience is defined as:
- Experience coordinating administrative functions for an organization to include budget planning, financial management, human resources management, acquisitions, travel management, property management, and space management.
- Experience in researching, analyzing, or evaluating data, policies, or work processes.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
