Duties
The Administrative Officer provides support to the Associate Director for Management Resources across a diverse range of areas such as budgeting, accounting, human resources, procurement, financial analysis, and solvency. Their valuable advice helps steer administrative policies and procedures. Operating at the ZA-III level, the Administrative Officer is expected to perform these duties independently with minimal guidance and have the ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems.

Qualifications
Applicants must have one-year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level (ZA II at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience assisting with performing budget planning, financial management and general administration to include human resource functions.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
