Duties
Manage Regional Operations Branch that coordinates plans, and programs eligible foreign governments’ security cooperation education and training requirements.
First line supervisor, setting and adjusting priorities, preparing work schedules to ensure timely and accurate completion of work assignments.
Advise and assist subordinates by providing recommendations and guidance as it relates to international student management and training program execution.
Assist countries in the development of their security cooperation education and training plans to include programming applicable courses and International Military Students (IMS) Data.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment
- Term employment is subject to a one- year trial period
- TDY may be required up to 25% of the time for this position.
- May be required to complete a one-year supervisory probationary period if not previously completed.
- Security Cooperation Workforce Certificate must be obtained within 2 years of being employed.
