About the Position: This position is located at the IMCOM Directorate - Training, Installation Support Team, Fort Eustis, VA. Fort Eustis is located in Newport News, between historic Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. Transportation includes convenient interstate and major highways connecting the city to neighboring Hampton, York County, Gloucester, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Smithfield.

Duties

Serve as the IMCOM Training Directorate Chief of the Installation Support Team planning, directing, controlling, supervising and managing the Division. Establish relationships that work through and in synchronization with leaders and staff at all levels of Department of Defense, Army, and IMCOM. Plan and implement installation management key functional program initiatives and procedures to enable effective delivery of directed core services to assigned installations. Review and analyze assigned garrison performance in relation to meeting goals, objectives, tasks, standards, and targets covering those of the IMCOM Functional Program.
