You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANLYST in the Training and Education Directorate (N7) of Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.

Duties
You will generate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet organizational goals and business models.
You will coordinate and vet requirements and orders for Enlisted leader Development (ELD), Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) and Prior Serve Re-Enlistment Eligibility-Reserve (PRISE-R) attendance.
You will coordinate cross-organizational funds for external command personnel supporting N7 programs (including, but not limited to: Harvard Senior Executive Fellows program, and the Navy Flag Officer CAPSTONE program).
You will utilize the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system to generate and process Operations and Management of Navy Records funding documents.
Requirements

- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
FOR GS -13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience utilizing various User Roles within the Navy Reserve Order Writing System (NROWS) to create, modify, and approve school order requirements and attendance orders.
Experience managing ADT-Schools Fund Source Codes assigned to Reserve Personnel-Navy (RPN) funds within NROWS.
Experience overseeing the vetting of ADT-Schools order requests, ensuring alignment with appropriate training requirements in systems of record such as the Fleet Management & Planning System (FLTMPS) and Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) to support Active Component Type Commanders (TYCOM) and Fleet training requirements.
Experience writing and executing Operating and Maintenance Navy Reserved (O&MNR) Surface Training (SURFTRA) funds and documents, including SF-182 and OPR forms, to facilitate training and school attendance for both civilian and military personnel.
FOR GS -12
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
