You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Executive Director (N01) in the Taluga Group MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Duties
You will address a variety of issues, including, but not limited to, developing mitigating strategies for Title 10 warfighting gaps, contributing to operational design, and supporting program budget review issue nominations.
You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating findings and recommending more efficient, effective and economical ways to meet workload and program goals.
You will be responsible for participating in planning sessions and contributing to management-oriented expertise during discussions of innovative ways to carry out assigned programs and new programs.
You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and evaluating new or modified program and management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
You will be responsible for researching and identifying new concepts and techniques and briefing senior members of the MSC staff on the results.
You will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination among all relevant parties and assures consistency, accuracy, and quality of policy related program efforts.
You will serve as a liaison between the Taluga Group and MSC program managers/directors.,
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Resume must demonstrate the following specialized experience:
Experience mastering a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods and techniques to identify, analyze, evaluate, and advise on complex problems and initiatives.
Experience developing and overseeing the approval processes associated with compartmented operational plans and programs.
Experience applying various asymmetric warfare strategies to assess and address complex challenges.
Experience possessing comprehensive knowledge of pertinent regulations, policies, and instructions that impact compartmented operational planning processes.
Experience with military operational concepts and the joint operational planning process.
