You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OFFICER of the Total Force Manpower Management Directorate of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.

Duties

You will serve as the first level and/or second level supervisor to military and civilian personnel. You will plan, organize and direct the Total Force Management Program to include Manpower, Human Resources, and Workforce Development. You will serve as the principal technical and policy advisor to the Regional Commander on the interpretation of all laws and regulation pertinent to the management of military and civilian manpower, personnel, and administrative services. You will conduct and participate in program reviews and determines trends, defines actions to address variances and communicates finding with key parties.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing recommendations to Senior leadership regarding all strategic manpower, manning, personnel and workforce development initiatives to support and achieve program and mission goals; 2) Overseeing military manning services and processes to maintain military manning levels at installations; and 3) Developing and implementing comprehensive plans, strategies and policy that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of agency goals and objectives.
