You will serve as a MOBILITY TECHNOLOGY MANAGER at the NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
Duties
You will manage the analysis of support requirements essential to effective performance of the programs.
You will operate database programs (e.g., MAXIMO, Microsoft Access) to create reports and forms, and to compile data.
You will develop metrics for business processes to measure the performance of business services.
You will identify program trends through data analysis and direct the implementation of corrective action plans.
Requirements

Qualifications
FOR THE GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Identifies and proposes efficient utilization on Maximo mobility use and provides guidance for making required changes. 2. Provides training to users on general functions and use of devices, as well as Maximo mobile applications. 3. Performs analysis, tracks trends, and make recommendations based on finding for future improvements. And 4. Develops goals and tolerances, sets, and monitors metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency.
FOR THE GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Tracks devices and Maximo mobile application usage to develop metrics. 2. Troubleshoots programs, technical issues, and identifies operations errors to determine possible solutions. 3. Coordinates with mobile device service providers for technical support. And 4. Performs analysis and tracks trends for the program.

Education
For the GS-11:
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
OR
An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
