You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Corporate Operations Department (1100), Resource Manamgement Division (1100A), Military Manpower Bracnh (1121), MidAtlantic Regional Maitenance Center (MARMC) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.

Duties

You will plan, organize, administer and monitor the command's military manpower and manning programs. You will evaluate and advise on the use of manpower management practices, controls and reporting systems. You will be responsible for integrating actions and requirements to execute MARMC Manpower Programs for military billets. You will oversee all aspects of detailing and placements of military officers and enlisted personnel assigned to MARMC. You will determine military manpower requirements by tracking statistics, collecting, and analyzing data to determine necessity of work performed and specific skills/employees required to complete assigned functions.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience establishing, implementing and overseeing military manpower/manning programs for MARMC personnel; Experience authorizing manpower management and military manning functions for MARMC and subordinate units; Experience performing administrative and analytical duties connected with planning, prioritizing, justifying, directing, controlling, managing and executing command structure and manpower actions; Experience receiving and providing projected military personnel strength in support of the MARMC mission and assigned personnel; Experience serving as the focal point and technical advisor for military assignments: Experience communicating to management regarding regulatory requirements, policies and program changes in support of manpower programs; Experience executing command manpower tasks, evaluating command needs and providing solutions; Experience serving as the technical advisor for all levels of management for matters relating to military manpower, military manning issues and all MARMC related matters.
