Duties
You provide material procurement support, management, planning solutions to the Integrated Product Team(s) with limited supervision and mentor coaching.
You will provide Supply Support and Management support via N-ERP 1.1, Material Management, Inventory, Material Movement, Shipping, and Material Turn in Disposal
You will interface and communicate effectively with vendors, customers, peers, and management in order to assist with the development of cost estimates for material requirements.
You will have basic knowledge with contracting rules, processes and procedures and interact directly with the Contracts Competency.
You will provide support in the digital transformation of Integrated Product Support elements and deliverables through the utilization of Digital Engineering principles.
You will support the IPT{s) in the initiation of material procurement packages from Requirements definition, strategy, guidance, and method,
Procurement Planning Conference PPC.
You will ensure required documents are complete and accurate. Documentation such as Material PR Request Forms, Justification for Items Peculiar to
One Manufacturer (JIPOM).
You will interface and communicate effectively with vendors, customers, peers, management internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
For NO-03:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or NO-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in material procurement processes, from requirements definition to purchase requisition submission, while mentoring team members to include documentation, accuracy, vendor communication, OR utilizing logistics management systems (e.g. NERP and AMS systems) for effective supply support.
For NO-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing complex material procurements for Integrated Product Teams; overseeing the entire procurement process from initiation to delivery; AND conducting documentation accuracy, vendor communication, OR training staff on procurement practices on logistics management systems (e.g. NERP and AMS systems).
