About the Position: Serve as the Management and Program Analyst (Talent Management) with the US Army Personnel Operations Group, USA Talent Innovation & Assessment Group, Talent Innovation Development Element, Arlington, VA.

Duties

Investigate industry best practice, develop appropriate research plans, gather data, conduct data analysis, review, test/pilot initiatives, implement, and innovate talent management practices in support of the Army’s Human Capital Enterprise (HCE). Manage talent management initiative development efforts, facilitate policy, organizational, and process changes. Provide guidance and leadership to junior Program Analysts working within the USATIAG, managing projects and overseeing team data collection, trend analysis, initiative development, text/document and briefing/presentation development. Prepare reports, briefings, and other communications material (e.g. white papers, analytical documents, emails, executive summaries). Liaise and work with sister service and designated foreign representatives on projects pertinent to the acquisition, development, assessment, employment, incentivization, and retention of talent.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • May be required to travel up to 5% of the time.
