About the Position: Serves as the senior advisor and business process expert with respect to broad-based business, acquisition, and logistics management issues for assigned initiatives related to various Army and Joint business systems for medical materiel lifecycle management.
Duties
Serves as the senior advisor and business process expert with respect to broad-based business, acquisition, and logistics management issues for assigned initiatives related to various Army and Joint business medical logistics Automated Information Systems supporting medical materiel lifecycle management.
Serves as the lead AMLC representative, for Army and medical logistics Automated Information Systems, to external stakeholders and may lead or participate in working groups, conferences, meetings and symposia. Participates in project in-process reviews. Contributes to the planning, discussion and interchange of data; establishes program criteria; and provides recommendations or decisions within the parameters of the project plan/objective.
Serves as the AMLC integrator of DRU Business Support Offices to identify and synchronize standardized business processes, lifecycle management, and catalog management as related to Army and medical logistics Automated Information Systems.
Requirements
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT Certification within 60 months of entrance on duty.

- This position requires occasional TDY
- This position may require a Supervisory probationary period.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports) upon entering the position and annually

Specialized Experience is defined as having one year at the next lower grade level or equivalent pay band level performing the following duties;
1.Managing overall planning and implementation of medical materiel logistics Automated Information Systems requirements development;
2. Identifying potential problems in the development of Automated Information Systems solutions for improving procedures, programs, and/or systems as they relate to the medical logistics operational performance; AND
3. Analyzing policies/ processes to make recommendations for medical logistics Automated Information Systems initiatives to support optimal command-wide solutions for the operational force.
