You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Training and Education Directorate (N7) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
Duties
You will to monitor the effectiveness of financial execution, manning, training, equipping, administration of the Navy Reserve, and to direct corrective action to ensure the mobilization readiness of the Navy Reserve.
You will serve as the Deputy RRL program advisor and consultant to the RRL Program Manager, a GS-14, as well as RESFOR N7A, a GS-15.
You will analyze current processes, identifies areas for improvement, and helps implement changes to increase
efficiency and productivity.
You will provides feedback to Type Commanders for assigned ratings to improve RESFOR Sailor readiness and training.
You will prepare, plan and schedule RESFOR RRL initiatives in accordance with U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) RRL guidelines.
You will establish mid and long-range milestones and objectives.
Requirements

Qualifications
For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Resume must demonstrate the following specialized:
Experience employing expert knowledge of training principles and practices, utilizing standardized analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to investigate the performance of training components in service.
Experience developing NETC curriculum, including Rating Domain Analysis, Content Reengineering, Media and Fidelity Analysis, along with content maintenance principles, policies, and procedures.
Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods for program assessments and improvements.
Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of administrative policies, regulations, programs, and precedents relevant to the administration of the RRL program.
Experience working with Navy manpower and manning programs, policies, and procedures.
