Duties
You will manage internal controls and maintain accountability for program compliance based on area of responsibility and delegated authority.
You will ensure delegated and assigned command responsibilities are in compliance with OPM/OMB, DOD, SECNAV, and SSP guidance.
You will review and evaluate organizational structure, functional statements, and staffing plan ensuring activity is organized in a manner which provides the most effective and efficient use of resources to perform its mission.
You will facilitate meeting schedule to ensure timeliness and issue meeting minutes to document discussions and PMB decisions.
You will manage new employee mentor assignment and command orientation training, and Command IT Training.
Yu will work in conjunction with onsite ACQDEMO Paypool administrators to track submission, timeliness, and accuracy of performance evaluations, and ensures that documents are maintained.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to present complex or controversial information clearly and persuasively to command leadership, ensuring consensus or approval to support program mission accomplishment. Ability to manage technical/administrative operations and associated programs (e.g. training, travel, technical evaluation, public affairs, correspondence, military personnel, etc.).
