You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, of SWFLANT KINGS BAY.
Duties
You will conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of applicable documentation and technical program data to ensure policies and management directives are in line with upper-level program requirements.
You will review technical/ product quality and management systems, develops and defines objectives to be audited.
You will perform investigations and conducts interviews with all levels of personnel from various departments, activities, and agencies (government and contractor).
You will perform investigations and interviews are used to ascertain the level of compliance to program requirements, contracts, documentation, instructions, and directives governing each program.
You will plan, schedule, and coordinate evaluations to provide a comprehensive evaluation of technical program requirements of SWFLANT’s government and contractor operations.
You will determine content and scope of technical and management system reviews to be performed, as well as develops and up-dates audit checklists of critical attributes to be evaluated for each audit.
You will assimilate the following into evaluation plans: changes to workload/schedules; modifications and alterations to missile components and support equipment.
You will assimilate the following into evaluation plans: engineering drawings; specifications’ processes, documentation publications and changes to established methods, practices techniques, procedures, systems, and policies.
You will review, edit, and clarify evaluation findings; establishes and coordinates corrective actions with department heads and government/contractor management involved to determine the best method for correcting the discrepant condition.
You will prepare and issue formal evaluation reports and corrective action summary reports to department heads and contractor management.
You will support department heads and contractor’s management in resolving controversies surrounding evaluation findings and expedites resolution of problems.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ability to design and conduct studies to evaluate and investigate management problems in order to identify or recommend solutions. Ability to persuade others to accept recommendations.
