About the Position: Serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the Strategic/Annual Campaign Plan and internal reports for the organization. Incumbent is responsible for the overall administrative services to include organizing special events and coordinating for visitors and newly assigned key personnel.

Duties

As a Training Technician Office Automation you will perform duties to include, but not limited to the following: Utilize statistical analysis to compile reports and fact sheets for briefings. Prepare charts and graphs to improve program operations. Receive verbal or written requests for administrative support issues. Assist with preparation for organizational, strategic plans and processes. Provide guidance to leadership on applicable procedures and regulations.

Requirements

  • The selectee must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • 25% of travel is required for this position.

You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementClericalManages and Organizes Information PROFICIENCY: This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-6). NOTE: All applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcement.
