About the Position: This is a Supervisory Training Strategy and Program Analyst position. Works under the general direction of the Division Chief. Provides general administrative guidance independently plan, organize, and carry out assigned work. This position is located within US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), at Fort Eustis, Virginia.
Duties
Outline procedures and manages the TRAS process utilizing the Institutional Training Mission Management Tool (ITMMTT) to ensure effective and affordable management of individual training and associated training development/training resources.
Responsible for ensuring that TRAS documents are analyzed for resource requirements, efficiency, and effectiveness of training strategies and courses to meet changing Army needs.
Civilian, and Allied training requirements. Coordinates and works closely with senior managers (trainers, resource managers, combat developers, systems integrators, etc.) at each TRADOC organizations.
Review and assess the effectiveness of TRAS within TRADOC and recommends policies to guide all facets of the system.
Plan carries out, and follow through on studies of broad scope designed to ensure that TRAS meets the needs of TRADOC Center of Excellence (COE)/Proponents/schools.
Requirements

Experience analyzing training program resources ; and 4.) Experience implementing solutions to resource constraints. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
