About the Position: This is a Senior Training Systems Management Specialist position located at the Army Training Support Center (ATSC), TSAID Integration & Analysis Division, Fort Eustis, VA.
Duties
Serves as a Senior Training Systems Management Specialist commonly referred to as a Training Support Representative (TSR) representing the Army Training Support Center (ATSC).
Serve as senior training support staff advisor to assist in planning, execution, and assessment for TADSS training support courseware for both routine readiness and mission-focused training supporting the Army, TRADOC, and CAC-T Campaign Plans.
Assist Training Support System (TSS) proponents and managers validate, prioritize, integrate, and synchronize TSS product lines, architectures, standards and processes that support current and future force training requirements.
Facilitate timely information sharing and unity of effort between users and TRADOC TSS proponents by maintaining effective communications.
Provide summary reports, after action reports (AARs), special study or issue-specific reports that include command information, issues, and cross-command coordination, and assess potential impact on current or planned training support activities.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) developing, integrating, and synchronizing evolving current/future force initiatives, and 2) practical experience with procedures/policies of funding, acquisition cycle, and transportation, e.g., Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
