You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Military Manpower Management Branch (Code 11121), Resource Management Division (Code 1110), Corporate Operations Department (Code 1100), Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
Duties
You will establish and assign performance ratings for subordinates.
You will initiate action in areas such as job and duty restructuring and advancement opportunities for all
You will analyze operating problems and recommend and persuade senior level managers to implement process changes to improve performance, efficiency, economy and effectiveness of the organization.
You will be responsible for all matters relating to military pay and personnel processes.
You will be responsible for all matters relating to military manning requirements.
You will plan and assign all work directly to subordinates and establishing schedules and priorities for work projects while accepting, amending, or rejecting completed work assignments.
You will develop internal military personnel business practices and policies for all aspects of manpower/manning personnel administration and management.
You will advise senior management officials on military manpower/manning program requirements, execution, and accomplishments.
You will research, review, analyze, and interpret military personnel policies that impact the organization.
You will be the primary specialist and consultant to management on all Military manpower/manning matters with independent responsibility for resolving controversial, complex and very difficult types of problem cases.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience maintaining responsibility for all matters relating to military personnel training and development at MARMC.
Experience planning and assigning all work directly to subordinates and establishing schedules and priorities for work projects while accepting, amending, or rejecting completed work assignments.
Experience determining training needs and deciding the extent of training and coordinates same.
Experience determining staffing and recruitment requirements, interviewing new employees and recommending selection or rejection.
Experience acting on disciplinary matters and referring more serious matters to higher authority for resolution, they also provide advice and council to subordinates on both technical and administrative matters and resolves problems.
Experience developing internal military personnel business policies for all aspects of manpower/manning personnel administration and management.
Experience providing advice to senior management officials on military manpower/manning program requirements, execution, and accomplishments.
Experience researching, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting military personnel policies that impact the organization.
Experience serving as primary specialist and consultant to management on all Military manpower/manning matters with independent responsibility for resolving controversial, complex and very difficult types of problem cases.
