You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Office Division; Corporate Operations Department of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will plan and conduct complicated, comprehensive analytical studies for Corporate Operations Department to improve organizational processes, provide strategic forecasting, and produce clear communication across command and customers.
You will monitor data and analyze department metrics for process and resource improvements in the areas of IT capabilities, reporting, policy, and workforce development.
You will develop and update Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) business process maps for related processes and systems.
You will review and evaluate existing directives, policies, and procedures relative to the total program mission or organization.
You will compile and coordinate responses from corporate operations personnel and command leadership.
You will develop reports and provide informational briefing on past, current, and future project activities.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to identify and resolve business concerns for improved effectiveness and efficiency of organization operations.
