You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD), Business Department, Systems Support Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.
Duties
You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
You will serve as the Division Director.
You will lead a cross-functional team of FLCSD Subject Matter Experts which includes User Role Management, Training, Information Assurance, Change Management/Communications, Inventory Management, Supply Planning and Order Fulfillment.
You will ensure Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) program goals and objectives are properly aligned and consistent with Navy ERP goals and objectives.
You will identify process improvements and other process changes impacting Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) and its customers.
You will identify future change requirements and work closely with the NAVSUP ERP Change Management Lead to ensure proper documentation.
You will support future human capital strategy requirements by identifying knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to support future ERP releases.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector having expert knowledge and skill necessary to provide information technology support to the command such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, training and sustainment; Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Assistant Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) duties; and a wide range of other information technology support. Specialized experience must demonstrate knowledge and skills in the following: 1) Applying supervisory and/or leadership skills necessary to effectively carry out the responsibilities of a supervisor, administer command programs, and provide technical oversight and advice in support of position responsibilities and duties while carrying out EEO policies; 2) Developing budget requirements and monitors execution of funds throughout the fiscal year; 3) Developing written communications (including finished reports and presentations) and provide verbal briefings and presentations of findings and recommendations to command-level authority; 4) Applying expert knowledge of Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) and NAVSUP Business Systems Center (BSC) policies relating to information technology systems; 5) Identifying issues of concern and tracks progress on projects; and 6) Determining hardware and software requirements and coordinates with commercial vendors for purchase and installation.
