You will serve as a Performance Analysis Deputy Director in the Performance Analysis Division of COMNAVSURFMINEWARDEVCEN.
Duties
You will serve as the Performance Analysis Manager, overseeing the development of requirements, metrics, planning, coordination, collection and analysis of Surface Warfare Advanced Tactical Training (SWATT) data.
You will serve as an expert consultant and authority on a variety of multi-disciplinary performance analysis issues and topics requiring an in-depth knowledge of Surface Navy operations, training continuum requirements and organization.
You will oversee the assessments in key areas such as: surface ship tactical performance, individual watch stander performance, training continuum requirements, accession training requirements, and warfare area metrics.
You will aid and provide guidance in the planning, coordination, implementation, administration and management functions of the SWCTC.
You will aid and provide expertise in the drafting, review, and revision of policies and instruction to define and support implementation of SWCTC and other related documentation.
You will aid and develop and aid in defining the specific SWCTC program goals in relation to Surface Force training, qualification, currency and competency requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector executing performance analysis for a tactical warfare and training program to include managing data collection, overseeing program assessments, and planning long-range objectives in order improve overall mission readiness for naval fleet operations.
