You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Regional Contracts Department, Analytics and Wireless Mobility Division of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.
Duties
You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in analyzing and evaluating, on a quantitative/qualitative basis, the execution and effectiveness of Department Business Operations, such as internal/management controls, budget, etc.
You will serve as the Program Manager/Director for the DoN Wireless Mobility program and is responsible for managing program operations in meeting established DoN and DoD objectives and goals.
You will review and analyze work processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and continually seeks opportunities for process improvement.
You will serve as advisor to the Department Director and Deputy Director on all matters involving analysis of data required to evaluate the effectiveness of programs/operations in support of activities in the NAVSUP FLCSD area of responsibility.
You will evaluate long-range plans, develop strategy, monitor implementation, manage program costs and savings to the DoN, and make decisions concerning changes in program and project priorities to enhance navy-wide savings.
You will directly supervise and plans work to be accomplished by all Analytics and Wireless Mobility Division subordinates.

Qualifications
Your resume must have one year of specialized Management and Program Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service demonstrating a mastery knowledge of project management policies and principles, including the ability to develop, execute, and maintain a communication plan in order to perform management analyses. Specialized experience must include a majority of the following duties: 1) Serve as advisor to senior-level management on all matters involving analysis of data required to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and operations in support of customer activities; 2) Familiarity with the Department of Defense Wireless Mobility Program in order to provide advice to management, colleagues and customers on difficult problems, and propose options and alternatives to customers as the authority on wireless mobility issues; 3) Manage business operations to include e-business support, training, process controls, and process improvement; and 4) Advisor to Department Head/Deputy on wireless mobility issues, to include managing partnerships on behalf of the Department of Defense; 5) Lead, supervise, and/or mentor subordinate employees through work and administrative practices, policies, and techniques.
