You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Military Administration (Code 1132), Administration Services Division (Code Cl 130), Resources Management Division (Code 1100A) Corporate Operations Department (Code Cl 100), Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
Duties
You will provide customer-oriented support for operational units, Fleet and Type Commanders in matters of technical and logistical services and
maintenance training.
You will serve as a Senior Management Analyst, responsible for developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, or improving the effectiveness of work methods, processes, and procedures for the Front Office.
You will work with senior personnel throughout MARMC by responding to their general questions regarding program requirements, goals, and objectives.
You will perform administrative and analytical duties in directives/forms, awards, evaluation, and sponsor management.
You will execute special division projects and processes in providing service to military and civilian personnel in the command.
You will perform duties for timekeeping and evaluations for civilian and military personnel to include correlating, status reporting, and tracking.
You will provide analysis and recommendations for resolving departmental program integration problems between and among appropriate stakeholders and MARMC.
You will summarize and evaluate methodology and results of initiatives designed to increase efficiencies in the department.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience compiling research and analytical data to provide recommendations on the effectiveness of internal government programs to include Performance Management and Appraisal programs, military or civilian awards programs and similar sponsored programs.
Experience preparing and distributing correspondences such as letters, reports, memorandums to high level executive team members.
Experience developing complex presentations and reports inserting computer generated graphics, graphs utilizing software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, or similar office automation.
Experience in providing high-level executive administrative support in the areas of travel booking and reconciliation, scheduling complex events and/or conferences for upper echelon officers, utilizing systems such as the Defense Travel System.
Experience planning and executing complex events in collaboration with private industry partners, as well as Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Navy (DON) organizations handling complex logistics and seamless on-site support.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
or
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
or
Successful completion of LL.M., if related.
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
