You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL/INFOSYS) in the Manpower Management Division (MM), Manpower and Reserve Affair Department (M&RA) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will troubleshoot user problems within a digital record system and take corrective action or coordinate resolution with appropriate personnel.
You will manage users access accounts for a digital record system.
You will manage the Records Management Unit digital record system help desk. Receive, respond to, and ensure resolution of all types of help desk calls.
You will make updates to the Records Management Unit (MMPB-22) webpage using WordPress.
You will be required to maintain the SharePoint site for retaining temporary records, standards operations procedures and storing inactive records in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing or managing access, troubleshooting, and assisting users to the official military personnel file (OMPF) records management application (e.g. enlistment/appointment, duty stations and assignments, qualifications, performance, disciplinary actions, etc) using variety of defense personnel record system (e.g. DPRIS).

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
