You will serve as a SUPV HR SPECIALIST (EMPL/LABOR REL) in the HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE ARLINGTON and QUANTICO, ADMINISTRATIVE and RESOURCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will oversee Employee/Management Advisory Services (EMAS) and serve as principal advisor.
You will plan, develop, implement, and coordinate labor and employee relations programs for all serviced commands to meet their immediate and long range needs.
You will Develop programs to promote labor management relations, employee morale, productivity and ensures integration into the overall management of the serviced commands.
You will collaborate with commands and other HROM functional areas to provide a wholistic approach to resolving employee and labor relations issues affecting HROM - services commands.
You will develop and implement standardized EMAS business processes, procedures and guides to support HROM-serviced customers.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrate managing and developing the implementation and coordination of labor and employee relations programs AND serves as a functional expert and technical authority to various serviced commands, staff agencies, and offices regarding workforce needs including discipline, adverse actions, administrative and negotiated grievances, performance management and recognition, or employee counseling.
