You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Marine Corps Systems Command of MARCORSYSCOM.

Duties
You will serve as the established expert performing research to gain and formalize information for a project or program.
You will reviews, writes and coordinates program and acquisition documentation required to support or meet program and project milestones with multiple internal and external organizations.
You will advise Team Lead, Lead Program Analyst, Program Manager and other leaders to improve processes, implement recommendations, and conduct problem solving exercises.
You will develop contractual documents and provide guidance and management of tasks and activities, such as Contracting Officer Representative (COR), study
leader, etc.
You will develop and report status of project or program which includes the use of Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs).
Requirements

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (SCI) clearance. Failure to meet any security requirements may result in the withdrawal of position offer or termination from the position.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Level Practitioner. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Working as part of an integrated team to collaborate and resolve issues across many functional and technical areas such as test and evaluation, engineering, production, procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support and sustainment.
