You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER OMN.

Duties

You will serve as a systems analyst and perform functional systems design duties for the development and/or maintenance of assigned systems. You will create or modify various functional or design documents such as financial, supply, acquisition, and/or other government functional requirements. You will develop proposed design approaches and validate requirements with customer. You will develop an overall test plan for assigned area of responsibility and coordinate the testing process.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of a wide range of IT systems analysis, design techniques, and approaches to manage assigned systems, applications, and projects. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Designing, developing, testing and documenting assigned systems; 2) Analyzing complex systems, identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions; 3) Documenting system requirements, interacting with stakeholders, and providing user support; 4) Determining feasibility of requirements and design alternatives.
