This position is located in the Office of Area Office Operations in the Oklahoma City Area Office of the Indian Health Service. Incumbent will provide a variety of administrative support functions in the areas of personal property management, delegations and directives management, mail and records management for civilian employees and Commissioned Officers. Incumbent reports to the Executive Officer.
Duties
Serves as the Area Accountable Officer and is responsible/accountable for all personal property activities.
Provides technical and administrative advice and assistance to all offices on directives and delegations as well as records management.
Serves as the Area shipping officer and mail manager and is responsible for all phases of freight transportation.
Serves as a supervisor for staff within the Division; directs and manages the daily work of their positions.
Qualifications

You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, GS-0301-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Conducting personal property management, records management, interpreting federal directives; processing purchase documents, receiving reports, inventory reports and excess reports.
Time In Grade
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).
