Duties
You will be responsible for assessing contractor performance to validate contractors services meet the contract specifications
You will have the knowledge and ability to manage an effectively Analyze and manage contractor performance
You will have an in depth knowledge of performance assessment methods, Standards and procedures outlined by NAVFAC
You will serve as a technical advisor to the COR. Have the ability to analyze cost analysis and estimates.
You will Apply industry standards to determine the reasonableness of contractors proposal for modifications or unforeseen conditions.
Requirements

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You will be required to possess a current valid United States drivers license.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position requires rotating shift work.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical and legal terminology of contracts involving Facility Services contracts in order to apply the terms of the contract and assessment plans to the oversight of contractors work performance.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, qualifying education:
1 full year of graduate level education
or
superior academic achievement
