About the Position: The Project Management Specialist serves as the principal advisor and consultant on management and administrative services to the Directorate.

Duties

Provides executive direction, assistance and support for all operations and activities of the Directorate. Coordinates all operational and administrative functions for the organization. Performs broad and complex studies across organizational and functional lines on a variety of projects, issues, and problem cases. Works with higher headquarters on administrative requirements. Advises the command group, supervisors, and management personnel on a variety of administrative programs such as personnel, man-power management and DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program. Ensures compliance with regulations and local procedures for use of command limited access facilities and classified rooms.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret (Tier 3) security clearance.
