Duties
Planning, coordinating, and providing intensive management for all actions related to the integration of doctrine, organizations, training, materiel, leader development, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains.
Provides leadership in the analysis of problems and situations involving issues of Army-wide scope and depth which are encountered in DOTMLPF-P integration work.
Ensures that all DOTMLPF-P actions are fully integrated by coordinating closely and frequently with counterparts in other organizations.
Assesses impacts in DOTMLPF-P domains of future force structures; on a regular basis, provides updates to the Next Generation Combat Vehicles CFT Director on results of analysis.
Maintains a working knowledge of the allocation rules, modeling inputs and other procedures used in force programming and the TAA.
Requirements

- This position requires a Secret Clearance.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing, analyzing, and integrating doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leader development, personnel, facilities OR policy (DOTMLPF-P); 2) Prepare briefings, correspondence, reports, and conclusion documents specific to the functional mission of the organization as well as evaluating its force structure design, identifying capabilities gaps; AND 3) Developing organizational models that address DOTMLPF-P functional areas. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-3/GS-13).
