About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst in the Business Management Directorate (BMD), Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC). Performs the full range of review and analysis functions to identify and plan fiscal resources needed to conduct ILSC operations
Duties
Utilizes automated systems for official travel to provide assistance to others with official travel procedures.
Understands funding issues and monitors and justifies travel budgets for program area.
Develops recommendations to resolve problems with a travel management system.
Prepares guidance to keep management and/or employees advised on travel card changes.
Provides advice and assistance to others on official travel procedures.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- DoD Financial Management Certification level 2 is required for this position and must be achieved by the incumbent within two years of entrance into this position. Incumbent shall adhere to guidelines and requirements of this certification program.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret (Tier 3) security clearance.
- This position has a Data Analytics requirement. The incumbent must meet all requirements for Data Analytics level one (1) certification within 12 months of being placed on the position.
- The duties of this position require occasional temporary duty (TDY) travel. (up to 10%)

Specialized Experience: Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Monitoring debt by utilizing a debt management system; 2) Providing instruction to individuals on company procedures; 3) Managing a web-based system to prepare documents for individuals; and 4) Responding to customer inquiries to ensure problem resolution is complete.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
