You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of NAVSTA.
Duties
You will provide advice, technical services, and coordinating support for the Command Officer, Executive Officer, IPI, command and site managers, as well as resident and supported activities.
You will serve as NAVSTA Norfolk's Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Installation Personal Property Manager IPPM and is responsible for the daily accountability and safekeeping of governmental personal property.
You will provide management analysis and Command Evaluation services, assistance, advice, guidance and review, IC and Naval Audit Support and conduct research and analysis of all proposals, issues, and matters that affect the command mission.
You will act as the point of contact for N-26 with respect to building maintenance, providing access for contractor and PW personnel, and evaluating work performance.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, scheduling, and coordinating analytical reviews, operational audits, and organizations analysis to increase efficiency and organizational productivity for a Personal Property Program; 2) Scheduling, coordinating and managing personal property projects to include monitoring and inspecting costs, work and contractor performance; organizing work, set priorities and determining resource requirements; 3) Utilizing Defense Property and Accountability System (DPAS) to monitor, maintain and update property records; and 4) Preparing issue papers, briefings, presentations, reports and statistical material for use in decision making by the command.
